Today, developer Sledgehammer Games and publisher Activision released a brand new documentary about their highly anticipated first-person shooter Call of Duty: WWII.
The seven-minute long video, which is titled Brotherhood of Heroes, takes a look into some of the real-life locations and battles that inspired Call of Duty: WWII including Ardennes, Normandy, Paris, and more. In addition to that, the documentary also shows off some brand new gameplay from the story.
Brotherhood of Heroes is the final part of Sledgehammer Games’ Week of Intel, in which the developer released information about the game’s story mode. On September 18, 2017, a brand new story trailer was released. The next day, players were introduced to their squad members. Finally, yesterday, we were given our first look at some of foreign allies within the game.
Call of Duty: WWII is set to hit store shelves and digital platforms on November 3, 2017, and will be available on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. Like previous Call of Duty titles, PS4 players will receive map packs 30 days early.
In other recent and related news, earlier today a listing on the UK retailer GAME revealed that Microsoft’s version will be enhanced on the Xbox One X in the form of 4K and HDR support.
