Spoiler: I think it just wants Eren, as it is obviously aware of his titan power. I assume she's connected to the colossal and armoured titan as well.

Spoiler:Right, but Eren isn't skilled enough to kill her with with the gear. Levi and the others would have to defend him, unless he were to fight her in titan form.
