My security setup is incredibly poor hehe.

Anti-Virus: Windows Defender - turned off whenever I can because it pisses me off
Anti-Malware: who knows, the windows default I guess
Privacy: ha , what's that
Backup/Recovery: the most important thing on my PC (other than BTC wallet) is my geography homework so erm.. N/A
Web Browser: chrome
Extensions/Plugins: nada
Password Manager: just a good memory i guess

I'm very lazy when it comes to security , I frequently download any old programme I find lying around (crackers etc..) and run outside of a virtual machine / sandbox. Should probably fix that soon.

Due to the nature of my tasks on one system, I've permanently disabled It via the Group Policy Editor.

Though, It's actively running on my other systems and serves It's purpose well.

^ at one point it would quarantine checkers / bruteforcers without asking and was getting annoying. I tried disabling but I had wrong windows key so ended up telling it to just ignore all files on desktop.

I've seen pretty neat set-ups, probably I'll follow those, I just recently installed my Arch without anything on it yet.

Precisely why I disabled It- the false positive detections were getting out of hand.

Even though I turned off It's Real-time protection, It tended to re-enable Itself, particularly on boot up. Securely disabling It via the Group Policy Editor, Is the best option. Of course, the Windows edition must support the GPE.

It's good to see you have GlassWire Installed.

In my view, It's an excellent firewall & network monitoring tool.
