After some readings I should be Glad to use it, but also I have few questions...¿I cannot infect the computer until the victim download it by believing it was another kind of file and not a trojan?...Or i can send the virus and infect it to next manipulate the computer?.

For merely using a RAT, a binder, or crypter, you don't need to know anything besides how to click some buttons. That's also the problem. You won't learn anything by using these tools either. If you want to understand how it works, then you need to know something about cryptography and the basics about malware.

If you want to become a knowledgeable person in the InfoSec field, it is highly recommended that you do. Only programming yourself will give you the power to be independend from other's tools and to do exactly what you have in mind. It almost doesn't matter which language you choose to get the basics down. Learn a language, create some tools yourself. You will see how much you will learn from doing. C+ doesn't exist. You probably mean C++. Both, Java and C++ can be suitable depending on the context. However, Java is usually not a good choice for tools like crypters, if that's where you interest is in.

Stay curious and motivated to learn, work hard, and you will achieve what you want to.

I used to use ProRat about 12 to 15 years ago, it was continually updated in them days, and worked perfectly,
it was stopped being updated a few years ago from the Turkish programmers at prorat.com,
I am surprised to see people still using it,
I wonder what ever happened to that programmer,

I can not see Prorat getting past the antiviruses, but then I am wondering if it will get past iphones and smart phones security, now that would be worth trying.
downloading it you will need to disable your antivirus then download and install right away to a disc making sure that the disc can not be written over.
That way you can permanently store it, using it on your computer you will need to turn your antivirus off or the antivirus will delete the Trojan you try to make.
