Hello. This is just to prevent people from getting scammed by this guy. I hired him for a job he supposedly can get done within 48 hours which became 1 week to no answers as of now. He asked for 700 usd for the job but I kept talking him down to 250 usd (LOL, red flag). I then proceeded with sending him 100 usd to start off and the rest after the job is done. He insta accepted my offer and took the money, kept me updated for 2 days then disappeared.

You should provide us with more details in order to draw any conclusion here. In addition some discussion with the staff members might help to get things done in a civilized way.
Regardless, if this is true I'm very disappointed by @dark_ninja1980, but I hope that's not the case.

Either way, some further investigation will take place I think.

Even though I believe you. I still think you should post more proof like; Proof of payment. Copy paste his actual address and yours so staff don't have to type it manually from the screenshot. Tell us what you were paying him for.

Guy seems like a really well versed person of the community. So, Im waiting for more information before I make a decision on what's really going on.

But OP why deal with this user when he was throwing up red flags in the very beginning :/
