In his defense, I'm allowing more time to clear things up.

If anyone shares a discord server with him, it would be smart to back track any last posts or comments made in said server. If he's been MIA for a month and a half, especially with how active i've seen him before, I would almost be willing to bet it's unlikely he would purposefully scam someone.

Sounds like if he did fuck somebody, he did it well anonymously enough that he could just ghost an entire identity. If that's so, OP, don't do whatever you did with anyone without some sort of concretely discernible, verifiable way of doing the transaction.
If he didn't, I'm verily worried about the cat, as @mothered said, this ain't like him.

We'll to be real if you don't show up in court you get arrested. I'm not accusing him, I just think something should be done to prevent more damage.

So now 2 people including myself have asked for some proof of transaction and you have still yet to provide. I said it at the beginning of this thread and there is still yet to be any proof showing the transaction even took place.
