As much as I believe your story, I don't see any actionable evidence yet. If you have any site-based proof, please share. It's not possible for us to base a ban off of Discord logs, unfortunately.

As you can see in our messages he already admitted that he needs to pay me. (last post) That should be proof enough to know the rest is true too.

I've just came to light about this thread, and the explanation has been taken too much out of context.

I can confirm w0rsti and myself had a deal going on, and I wouldn't come to payment until product was physically at me for confirmation.

The reason for this is I know where these products come from and the act of performed to receive them in reship accounts, there are factors which prompt issues.

I have not blocked you, or ignored you, I have been in communication with you all this time.

This is the tracking he has provided me with : https://www.dhl.com.mt/en/express/tracki...&brand=DHL

Still till this day, hasn't been updated or shown the process.

The current situation is, the drop has not received any Google Pixel 2XL package but has informed me of a random box package arrived with an iPhone LCD replacement which at the time didn't raise any suspicion.

This user has been pushing me to send payment without the goods being confirmed of arrival, via BTC - which is something I refuse to do and explained to him countless times before pushing the deal. I have all the evidence on this and can send on request by staff.

I've also have quite a number of successful deals regarding the same business of buying SE'd goods and reselling for profit locally, it would make no sense for me to burn a business deal when I always profit. In this situation I haven't profited and will not send payment until product is at me, otherwise I'd be at a loss. If this is considered as an act of scam by staff, by all means take action but I stand on my point along with the lack of evidence this user has tried to provided to label me as a scammer.

Do just that with every minute detail In your defense.

Pieces of Information from both ends, will need to be collectively ascertained prior to coming to a conclusion.

Yes that is right. I was pushing you to pay for a product you received as seen on the tracking link. We agreed that you will pay after you received the item. You provided an adress which the package got shipped to and was successfully delivered. Therefore the deal is successfully over for me. I was never informed that the package gets delivered to a drop and will travel more after that.
Also if you order something from anything, if it gets delivered you can't say that you will not pay. If the drop or anything stole that package or messed it up, thats your fault and your risk.

Also, if you still wanted to pay me and don't scam me, why would you block me on Discord or delete me from there so I can't sent you any messages? Is that how you pay customers? By deleting them?

Nope. We don't ban for discord logs. We cant verify them. The staff have made multiple announcements on this matter, urging folks not to make deals on discord. Tough luck. Next time keep your deals on site pms.

Well, as Oni suggested, know you know. I've been scammed before multiple times on other forums. At least you know now for next time.
