Hi there,
Before I start:
I tried to handle this with him alone. But since he blocked/deleted me on Discord where we originally dealed and isn't answering on this Forum in a fair amount of time I don't see any other option then opening this thread.
The deal was a Pixel 2 XL 128GB "Just Black" to his address. I normally don't do payment upon receiving the Item. I hardly do payment upon tracking, since normally I sell the account and not the items in them.
But since Zajbu looked really HQ and trusted "on the paper" I thought fine, let's do payment upon receiving since I knew there wouldn't be a problem.
After some negotiations I even made the price less then I normally do: 250$ for a Pixel.
So since he wasn't able to change the address and stuff (on the reship you have to do it via support), I was doing it for free even though its not my job tbh.
After some troubles I finally got the support to change the address and the he paid the shipping.
The problem was he paid with non verified paypal even though I told him to pay with a verified one. So they canceled the payment and took the package in hold and refunded the money.
After that he paid with a verfied paypal and they labeled the package new, but didnt change the tracking on the page, which I didn't noticed.
So I thought maybe it got stuck or something and kept checking the tracking of the package once a week. But since the package was sent under a diffrent tracking number, there was no update.
I hopped into support 1-2 weeks ago and asked whats wrong and they said it got delivered a long time ago and tracking changed and sent me a new tracking link.
The fun thing is: I always asked if the package is on the way/at his place, he ALWAYS declined it. Even after the day the (new) tracking said it got delivered. So he knew what he was doing and he knew it got delivered. He possibly knew that I can't track the package and just tried to play it off like the package never got delivered so he can enjoy his free phone.
I am willing to provide info to the staff team via pn, since the screenshots and tracking links contain sensible data like Account infos and his address.
