I've placed him on a permanent ban- never to return under any circumstances. We as staff, try our utmost best to prevent members of his nature to be a part of our community but Inevitably so, we cannot account for the actions of each and every member.
In conclusion, be sure to use a trusted middleman service and perform all communication within the confines of this board.
Claims to not have enough money while he can easily make it using his " 95% successrate Amazon SE method".
