How did he ban the account and it opened back up in 10 minutes? Lies he cant ban any account I want a refund.  You can tell because I paid him on Dec 5 and he claims on Jan 2 he finally bans an account a month later for just 10 minutes. Scammer.  I have sent him maybe 8 accounts in total and he can't even ban 1 of them. He always makes up some excuse like oh you cant see the face enough or oh I banned it for only 10 minutes wtf? Ig doesnt even look like his screenshot both on IOS and android.

You sent a picture of an image being sent in a chat log showing a blank profile picture along with the username, that hardly proves anything and could easily be a quick Photoshop. You also claim in your original thread that the bans are permanent. If it is a case of as you claim the "profile picture not meeting your requirements" so the ban couldn't stick from Instagram, then you should have been clear on that before taking payment and having them send you the account. By the rules stated in your thread, the account they sent did have the face visible and should be able to be perma banned. I'd say a refund is in order or this is a scam through admission, sorry OP. @Mothered

Dunno I'd say pretty cut and dry. The seller admitted that the deal occurred, they acknowledged that they took the buyers money and proceeded to tell them they couldn't ban the account then ignored them for a period. Buyer made this thread which finally forced the seller to 'attempt' their service which they admit that they could not complete the service the buyer paid for to the agreed terms that they stipulate in their own sales thread which was permanent.

Even if you look at the account the seller themselves claimed could not be banned for longer than an hour due to not having face in the profile picture (https://www.instagram.com/bossmarii/), you can clearly see their profile picture is literally only a picture of the user's face and they have 8,800 followers, below the sellers 10k follower threshold.

Hey I'm just seeing these replies now, thank you Nyx for elaborating on certain points here. Likewise, I think it is pretty clear that this seller fits all the criteria of being a scammer. He has even deleted the chat on telegram now regardless I have posted the screenshots. I asked for a refund a long long time ago please honor this and refund me.
