There are no conclusive signs nor any solid evidence of scamming.

I'll leave this thread open for a couple of days to allow the members In question to comment further - should they wish to do so.

Interesting…. Paid for a Instagram account removing but guess what….. it never worked, never got a refund either

I would say Im surprised to see he scammed another person but im really not lol, im not sure how you concluded he isn't a scammer when he doesn't provide his service for a weeks then months! Very appalling.
