Pastebin wouldn't be to hard to do.

file_get_content the raw version.

Run striptags/htmlspecialchar on the code,
Would require an additional plugin I don't believe this can be accomplished in ACP

There was a few forums that popped up and quickly died after HC got merged, and one of them had IDEOne and GitHub Gist plugins, was pretty cool.

Most of the suggested codes are well and truly possible.

It now depends whether @Oni finds It feasible and worthy of their Implementation.
