That's the default GoDaddy webpage that parks a given domain name. Enter www.
It seems like the CNAME has been configured correctly In the DNS Zone of the domain registrar, but either the A Record or 301 redirection hasn't been applied to direct It's naked domain name being n0va.shop to "www".
