The plugins I have used here would allow me to integrate almost any command, if you wanted multiple homes you would do /sethome datnametho then go to it by /home datnametho. Also can limit the amount of homes each rank/player can have.

I don't remember but wasn't there are way to make it so someone else couldn't open it without needing world guard?

There are plugin that can do this by putting a sign on it, or by automatically doing it with every chest you place.
