Bizarre. When the video was published Ukraine said the soldiers died, whereas Russia now says they were captured.
Yea, I remember and believed it myself.
Since then it has come out in even in msm that they were captured and it has been admitted by all parties.
Some examples of disinformation news:
1) Convoy being destroyed 2022 is from 2020, some claim it was footage from Syria.
https://www.reuters.com/article/factchec...SL1N2V0288 Reuters couldn't verify it was from Syria but there are many claims that footage or pictures have been used which are old and are therefore misleading.
2) Explosion wasn't in Ukraine but in China 2015

3) Snake Island

Just started to scratch the surface with it but don't have the time to go deep on it.
They are doing it to win the information war against Russia and to win the hearts and minds of people.
Ukraine wants western people and governments to support them financially and militiarily.
There are a ton of pro Ukraine adverts on youtube about why they should be able to join the EU and why we need to help them "close the skys".
They seem to maximise, mislead or even falsify some information about Russia.
I can understand why they are doing it, it is good for moral which they really need to fight a significantly larger and more sophisitcated army.
I suppose this is quite normal in a war and is definitely happening on both sides.
