In what type of environment do you perform your studies?

I had this whilst studying for my exams last year. I began meditating through the headspace app and it really helped.
It's basically just listening to a 10 minute audio and thinking.
If you can sit down/lie down and listen to the audio for 10 minutes everyday, you'll sharply improve your concentration. You're training yourself to become comfortable with being bored.
However, this is just my personal experience, everyone is different.

Honestly removing yourself from distractions entirely can help. I find i fuck around wayyyy to much when im at my room/house. Consider using your school's library or local coffee shops to focus. Being in a different space physically personally helps me focus a bit better. And having academic goals to complete every semester helps keep your focus in line. Everyone's different though. I hope you find your goals and focus!
