[Release] MirrorMe - Host files from your home computer #1
Hello AF, today I unveil MirrorMe, a simple set of scripts that allow you to serve files from anywhere.

I assume you already:
  • Know how to port forwarding
  • Are able to obtain a static IP
  • Are running Python 3.x

Due to AnarchyForums's [CO DE] Tags not preserving formatting as they claim (at least not indents), I will be uploading them to Pastebin.

httpFrontEnd.py - The file that is run, basic server
httpMethods.py - Usefull methods should you choose to modify or create your own varient
userManager.py - Handles all the back end stuff, open this file and change the line that reads
Code:
FILE = "Reading.7z"
To change the file you want to host

I created this as a solution to a hosting problem I encountered recently. That being said, feel free to modify, edit, and re-release as you like.

Your IP address; they download it straight over. Don't forget a firewall while using.
Or if you don't want a bunch of skids scanning your computer, you can register as a .tk
www.dot.tk
or use NoIP (the safer option)

Not sure how either of these two would prevent you from being scanned, but okay.

I don't think he's saying they will prevent it, just that instead of handing out your IP address your handing out a DDNS address.
