Actually moral nihilism is a deformation of judgement. The Human Being is a social creature and is easily affected by outside sources, moreso by those of their own kind. Such sensitivity actually contributes to racism, sexism, etc.
Honestly, I could care less if my pity has no relevance to them, I don't need to ask for permission or have certain reasons for my actions or choices, especially if said emotions are reactionary, because if you obey nihilism in it's essence, it defeats everything including itself, making it a bit of a tricky contradiction.
