I already took an interest in reading books because I understand how valuable they are but there's a small issues, I'm not exactly sure what's good to read.
If you have a book in mind that gives good background information about a topic that would be helpful. I'm fine with anything except for fantasy, Thanks.

It depends on your nature.

I enjoy anything relative to computing and technology, but that may not be the case with yourself. I believe If you Include your Interests and eliminate your dislikes, your quest In finding the appropriate reading material will significantly Increase.

I'm interested in most things, I haven't found anything that I dislike. That statement above was referring to specific titles, I don't know any specific works that are recommended. It doesn't matter what topic, but what books would you recommend?

I've read both Ghost In The Wires & The Art of Deception, both of which are written by Kevin Mitnick, who was (once then) the world's most wanted computer hacker.

The eBooks cover a lot of real events as experienced by Mitnick. The social engineering methods used are quite simplistic, yet extremely effective. Exploitation via technical gateways are also mentioned. They're well written and elaborated, which I'm sure you'll enjoy.

I'm currently reading "Hacking: The art of exploitation" by Jon Erickson (2nd Edition).

It covers EVERYTHING from learning C to coding malware on networks, learning shellcode, & sooo much more.
