I like it aside from the fast that it's pretty hard to read the name.

its difficult to work with dark greens, I wouldn't do a grungy font just keep it simple, maybe remove one of the renders.

It's just too much. Beside the fact that I kinda hate Matrix.
This isn't so great? Maybe add less? Not so much, it's kinda hard to look at.
And there's soo much green and bad texture use.
Just keep practicing man.

I have seen better. I am not a big fan of green myself on this design. It doesn't go well with everything. Try a different color maybe!
