I would like to add that this was a forfeiture of assets that stems from an investigation into the information I posted about the Interwarp ISP employee data breach/hack, and other cases of hacked user data at other telecoms and government buildings. The seizure came as an expected result of the initial [obvious] phishing page posted by the Joint Cyber Task Force on or before March 15, 2022. The operations of the website continued until now. Any information that was posted during that time should be expected to be investigated in the coming weeks. Anybody that may have come into contact with the website or its forum should probably take the necessary precautions.

The admin, "Omnipotent", who was the chief operator, was officially served an indictment for operations from 2016 to now. He is being charged under 18 USC Section 1029 (a)(2) and 2; 18 USC Section 1029 (a)(3) and 2; and 18 USC Section 1029 (a)(6).

Conspiracy to commit access device fraud;
Access device fraud - using or trafficking in an unauthorized access device;
Access device fraud - possession of fifteen or more unauthorized access devices; and
Access device fraud - unauthorized solicitation and aggravated identity theft

Let this be a reminder that while most activity is allowed, the forum does not and will not ever condone solicitation, sale, or trafficking of unauthorized access devices listed as such, nor the solicitation, sale or trafficking of PII a/k/a VCC's, fullz, et al. It is against Rule 3 and is illegal in general to traffic such content. This is for both the protection of the end user as well as the moderators and admin of the site. I am not a moderator, this is just a reminder not to do anything illegal without the knowledge of the consequence of your actions, which can and will be used against you if you decide to violate the rules of the website or the rules of the Discord, etc.

The copy of the indictment can be found here where it is explained the extent of charges against admin "Omnipotent" a/k/a "Diogo  Santos Coelho" a/k/a superuser "Downloading".

Generally with our forum, I figured this went without saying. However, recent discussion has led me to believe otherwise. People are encouraged to read and follow our rules, especially those regarding illegal content. You have been warned - @oni

Yep, because anything hacking related falls under the Presidential NCIJTF directive which was put in place to make examples of all cases of unauthorized device access.

Like I mentioned in @"hacxx"'s post, the power trip you get by administrating a forum like this, is not worth all the trouble you'll get into.

I was an OG user there, It was only a matter of time. I'd talked to a few others, and they said a few months prior things were a bit dodgy from the administrator. I believe EuroPol snagged Omni.

Well said. The reason he drew so much attention was because the admin was cocky and he had a side hustle that involved being the middleman that approved the leaks and data sales and shell access that passed through his forum. The entire process involved putting his name on every transaction that contained illegal devices and breaches of personal data, copyright, remote access devices/trojans, etc. He basically left his signature - as the deal was finalized for EVERY transaction - on what other criminals were doing. In doing that he was making money from fraud at a high level just by viewing the data users were buying. He was involving himself in criminal activity. He looked at samples of the leaks, he verified remote access to government devices and personal computers for botnets, among a lot of things.

That's a perfect example of bad Opsec.

Also, the second worst thing he did was dealing in government devices and intel. You do not want the government involved. They will make sure you get it up the arse.

Raid was the most wild clearnet forum I know of. Allowing literally anything and having new boundaries. I've seen plenty of racist and fucked up stuff come across the chats there. Nothing of value was lost.
