My IT skills that I know perfect is SQL, HTML ,css ,wordpress, PHP.
coding skills that I know is Java, JavaScript and C#

It's shared from one point to another, hence next to Impossible to remove.

I apologize if I am incorrect here, but you should be able to unlink the accounts from your instagram by using your iOS/Android to log in and unlink them. Then you wouldn’t have to deal with Facebook. Settings/linked accounts. Unless it has been changed. I don’t use it anymore.

I believe you are correct, which will solve that part of the equation.

In terms of deleting a disabled FB account, It cannot be done client-side.
