I recall generating a word list via Crunch many years ago at around 250GB. I just love It's flexibility and ease of use.

I actually split the word list over multiple files, and had various tools running simultaneously- each one dedicated to It's own list.
That way, It sped the process up whereby each tool started where the other left off. I must say at 250GB, I couldn't even open the text file.
