I am thinking about releasing a free giveaway(Maybe only for only Elites Only) that will take contributing.
The more you contribute, the better.
I have recently bought this Botnet for $300 that gets proxies, and it is coded in Delphi.
What it basiclly does is, you send installs, and you get proxies(socks4/5).
How you would contribute is to send installs. Now, you do not need to worry about any install "steal". Why?
There is no Download Function At All.
Do you think I will bind it? No I will not, but if you do trust me go ahead and send. The size will be very light(To prove that there is no extra commands and that it is not binded).
If i go on doing this, I may change the looks of the Panel, but may need help(To rename to Anarchy something) becuase I do not code in HTML/PHP.
And also, it may be crypted, depending on If i release it on elite or regular users, or not. If I will not be releasing crypted, you may can just PM me for the file that is crypted(Giving to Trusted users).

Well these are Socks4/5 and they may can be HQ. Well I use them usually(But a plug-in from another soft that auto proxy my computer). But yeah, I would gladly do this.

Not sure why you think proxies don't work. Implement your own protocol and encrypt, that's some secure shit.
