They are proud of something they have no control over, aka being born with a mental illness, and Youtube and Twitter are glorifying it. That's like me being proud because I was born with blue eyes. I'm myself every day, I wasn't aware you got awarded and congratulated for it. There is absolutely nothing special about being mentally ill, the fact that the media is condoning it and shoving it down everyone's throats is sickening. It actually does affect both of us when these people are making videos saying "we will be noticed and we will be heard." Sounds like what the Muslims said before they started tearing up Germany, and it's very similar to what a panelist said on the news in the UK talking about how Muslims will turn the UK black within the next century.
Furthermore, treatment of a mental illness is not letting the mentally ill people embrace their illness. What the media and society are doing is synonymous to me giving an alcoholic a fresh case of beer in order to treat their mental illness, which is obviously not the way to do it. These people need rehabilitation, either that or they need to stop shoving this dumb "genderqueer asexual non-binary" type shit down society's throat. Thanks bud.
I agree with you, it's only that it's cheaper and easier to just make the person in question happy than it is to spend millions in research and therapy for something as frivolous as this. It's funny that I say this, as I don't mind trans people. Want to be a girl? Guy? Fine. Just don't rub it in like you're above me, because you aren't. I'm not better than anyone else here because I have a dick, and you aren't because you pretend not to.
