Product Key Generators? 01-06-2013, 12:32 AM
#1
I have recently become aware that there are such things as product key generators. I would very much like to make one, but I have no clue how. So my question is: How can I take a product key and decrypt it to find its algorithm?

Very few people actually get the same algorithm used to generate serials, because very rarely is there any way of getting that. It's usually just a random character generator based on pattern observation.

Thats a risky. Most of these will turn out to be RATS, or Keyloggers. So becareful when your downloading these kinds of things.

Making a keygen doesn't require the actual algorithim, I'd be suprised if 50% of his keys work, and none of them will work come 60 days.

Well, if your going to make some kind of random key generator, that doesnt work 80% of the time, then its pretty easy, but if your aiming for something like, getting the keys from a website or a text file, then all you would need is actual keys or cracked ones, which I doubt you have so this task/project will be really hard <_<

The random ones are just used to get people to download surveys, or to spread RATs.
The real ones are used most often for SEing.
