Hey people,
I want to share my opinion, this forums was very very united and also very great in terms of quality when it was finally invite-only...
This opening of the gates made me think this forums had a LQ user flood sincerely... I see so much sucky sales and shit like that, I don't even post as much as I did before...
Sincerely my opinion is: Close the gates right now...

Note: I don't think all the users that joined after the gates were open are LQ, we have some good ones, but I think this is going to be like other forums that work only for sales...

Bad idea. The solution to low quality isn't to prevent potentially HQ members from joining. It's having better moderation and cleaning the LQ shit out.

HQ users can be invited by others... lately I only see people joining to create a post about their services...

I kinda agree. Some people that have just came here are already having statistics of like 6 posts a day and twice as many posts as me.

Make a minimum 50-100 posts to create a sales thread. Sure it will encourage spam to some extent, but most people aren't willing to go that far I'd imagine. Also there's always that ban hammer.

IMO we should close back up again. People are a lot more willing to share goodies if we're invite-only.
