Okay, So I am currently in a claim on paypal for $50. I sold my old Runescape account to them for that much. After a week of them having the account I got a claim saying:
"Buyer: The seller hacked the account back after we paid him. All the account details he provided are fake, and the email and recovery we set on the account has been removed, only the original owner himself can do it. We trusted the seller and sent him the money as we promised but he scammed us, he hacked back the account we purchased from him! Now we paid money for nothing, we request our money back."

So now I have a $-41 balance. What do I do? I don't have the money to pay them back, and I cant recover the account.

remove your credit card and anything that can be traced back to you change your adress from paypal and never use that account again problem solved and you keep your money

yeaaa.... but, I did social engineer an employee into thinking I really didnt had that chat emailed to me, and am using it as evidence.

lol well than i guess you will have to appeal or pay up or try and work your ass off to recover that account or you are forked up i forgot that you cant remove cards from negative balanced accounts sorry

and also you should of done what i said at first before right after you hacked it so the negative balance would happen after you removed everything and took the money
