Wtf they didn't threaten him with a gun, they are just trying to scare the fuck out of him. You should not go like a chicken on the police, imagine a worst situation then... when you won't be able to speak on the police what will you do there, when in a much easier situation (like this one)your first choice was speaking to the police...? Sit in a corner, cry like a baby and pee your pants? You really don't wont to be like that I know that. Plus if you go to the police and they are in real a gang of black guyz and not pozers you will be pretty fucked up mate trust me this will make the things worse for you( I really can explain why I just don't need to at the moment, if you think a little straight you will realize why its easy!)...

Thats easy in my opinion you don't really need to talk to anyone (except if any friend of yours able to hear seriously and help if anything goes wrong), except yourself! Don't feel scared cause they are black or many. Learn to talk and think logically on situations like this which cause you big amount of stress if they see you are not stressing up to much they will think differently about you. Try explain to this kid's gang that its not your fault and that their friend did something wrong and now it gives the blame on you cause he fucked up and he want to cover his ass. Making the previous sentence happen its like Game Over for him, if that gang have at least 1 logical thinker its GG. If they are all stupid cocksuckers and just want to fight, then when they will come next time for threating you have two choices:

1. [NO FIGHT]Either tell them that you don't want to fight them and that you find all this stupid for the reason you would have explained already(which I mentioned before about revealing the pussy aspect of their friend).
   
2. [FIGHT]Or tell them that, what they are doing coming like 5 to 1 is the pussy way, and challenge them in 1 vs 1 fight (in the most cases either you will fail on 1 vs 1 fight and thats all or win the fight and then the whole gang will hunt you down and beat you up :Content: ).
   

I know the second recommendation is clearly mad, but this way the thing will end there. If you take the first one I don't know if they will continue or stop it depends on the amount of IQ they have or in the existance of a logical thinker in the crew.

I have faced a bunch of this situations in real life, and in my honest opinion this is the way out. If you go speak to a teacher or generally to someone that works on the school older than you they will get you as a pussy and they will hunt you down with threatens till they will bored (unknown time). And thats for sure. Now I don't suggest you do something at all remember this is just an advice the thing is up to you man for real. You must consider my advice (or any advice given by anyone) and DECIDE alone, cause if you don't and you take an advice and you fail you are going to blame the advisor and not yourself (which is the one who decided trully).

At last I hope my english weren't crappy and this post was readable.
