Well since NO ONE want's to do it themselves i figured i'll start planning.
What will the game be about ?
That part i haven't worked out but im thinking about having the year somewhere in the medieval age to get a real RPG feel do it.
The game will have heavy RPG elements and what i mean by that is that everything can evolve into something greater.
A building system is also planned but it depends on the community what they want.
How will the game be coded ?
The game will be coded as good as i(we) can with documentation on every function if not the function is self-explainable.
What will you do ?
You will help get this game going on the right tracks, remember everyone can help even though your a GFXer or a good story writer.
How will we organize ?
By Skype and the source code will we uploaded to github.

Turn-Based battle system
Heavy RPG elements (Passive skills as well as active skills)
Building System(Evony,Tribal Wars etc...)
Town (Shop,Upgrade etc...)
Skilling system (Woodcutting,Mining etc...)
Possible an online system(Lot of work)
