So I'm having a problem I'm trying to upload a .rar file that's about 10 Gigabytes full of family pictures from 2000-2012 is there any website that will allow me to upload and transfer to another computer for free?

You could SSH it if both computers are on the same wireless network.

But if you are using winrar do this

-All files in ONE folder
-Right clicn that folder > add to archive....
-Choose .RAR archive
-Go down to "split volumes, bytes" and choose MB from the drop down
-Type into the input box given "499"

Wait a while for the folder to be compressed. At the end there should be roughly 20 (sinc eyou said about 10gb) archives named "NameYouGaveTheFolder.rar.part(x)". part(x) will be numbers from 1-20(roughly).

Now go to http://uppit.com and choose every part(x) archive and upload at once. After they are done uploading you will be given the chance to copy all of the links at once. Do so and save the links into a notepad file or somewhere you can easily retrieve and paste into you browser. I prefer the shortlinks as i can usually type those quick.

Enjoy! Smile

You're welcome!

Also, this is NOT a short method. This will most likely take hours and is probably best left to upload while you are sleeping. Especially since it is 10GB you are uploading.
