Personal Site CMS / Online Shop CMS?

Well the best idea I can give is the website of one of my favorite rappers, Cam Meekins -> www.cammeekins.com

If anyone can give me some insight onto how I can create a website along these lines or have just a simple online store somewhat around the design of Cam's site it would be fantastic. Smile

Starting a small and local T-Shirt business in hopes of having it reach out sooner or later and want to get a nice site going. Cool
