Hey guys i have been trying to completely verify my pp but i can't add a creditcard i don't have one well i have maestro but that doesn't work if anyone knows a free method on how to add a dummy creditcard or something it would help me out a lot.

Any methods to falsify a credit card, Is against forum rules.

That aside, PayPal do accept prepaid credit cards. You may wish to opt for that.
