Yes It's every where. It will be called the PS4 and Will come out In October 2014.

Hopefully it does get revealed on February 20th. I could be wrong though and who knows if they are actually going to change there minds to E3 2013. Because I'm starting to think, it is the best time to announce it on that huge event.
