Wireshark is a bit more advanced for this thread. This is just basic press and go shit. Never heard kid Trinity rescue but going to look into it now!

The only tool I haven't tried (and In fact never heard of), Is Optimem. I shall check It out after this post.

Good list of tools. However I wouldn't recommened using the Registry fixes/optimizer in tools like CCleaner since it can create serious problems to your OS. And instead of the bandwidth monitor you posted, I'd recommend Glasswire.
