Perfect Blue was the only one I saw out of all the one's you've mentioned. I'll definitely have to watch the others too. In Pefect Blue tho, it really was disturbing. I had a similar experience with a stalker, but to the extent where it feels like they know everything about you and stalk you online too is eerie.

Perfect Blue is probably his most well known, but Paprika is my favorite. Christopher Nolan likely copied some scenes directly from Paprika. All of them are worth watching.
