Technically speaking this is not anime, more the anime style: Youtubers Martina and Hansi (Nerdforge) were sponsored by Genshin Impact to buy a car and paint it Genshin/Anime themed. This isn't a car for the Genshin gffices or for an exhibit. They outright paid for Nerdforge to film them painting the car, to then give it to one of their family members.

Turns out, the family member was Martina's younger brother and it was to be hist FIRST car.  Check out the paint process below and her brothers hilarious reaction:

If you were forced to have anime on your first car, what would it be?

I did once see a honda type R in red, driving around with an anime character on the side with beautiful graphic design. Very surprisingly, it didn't actually look cringey. Very well done.
