The only thing that severely disappoints me about this game is the fact that they made it pay-to-win. I considered uninstalling it this morning, then played a mission, and decided not to.

I think it's because I've played so many pay to win games, comparing this one to the others, it's not so bad. One game I used to play required players to spend $1000 USD per weekly event just to rank in the top 50.

I had that problem too, my solution was just to download the apk somewhere else, or the more tedious task of changing your region.

Edit: just realized you have an apple device. I think your only solution is to get it as a free app download after you jailbreak it, or changing your region to an an East Asian country, downloading it, and changing it back afterwards.
