This is friggin brilliant. I'm gonna try to pick apart the code to see if I can fix the alterations and get it to work.
Also looking into the DeBruijn method since I'm getting into that kinda thing.
Update: code appears to be in C, which i don't know for shit. Can anyone who's good with C try fixing this?

My Indian friend's dad made something like this a couple years back out of a raspberri pi and gave it to me, it's in my room collecting dust. It could open any garage I put it to as well as open any electrical lock where you have to punch in a code.

I used to go see what code or pattern they had on their garage thing and copy it to my remote thing. You know what happens after that.

I've experienced my garage door being opened by a friend's car alarm remote. He hit the car remote to unlock It, and both his car and my garage door opened.
I haven't come across this concept before.
