I have a few suggestions for QOL updates. To add to the RP side of the server I always enjoyed building legitimate shops. Also Hobo building is always fun

-Stacker mod: QOL, Helps building
-Fading Doors: Bases, QOL. Adds another dynamic to the game.
-Precision Tool: QOL, building.

-Wiremod?: Debateable. I don't mind it but a lot of people hate in DarkRP. Takes a lot of admin config to make it usable and unabusable.
