Added some vehicle-related stuff (damage/repair/passengers). People in vehicles are no longer invulnerable.


I'll probably add it when we have enough people for any to exist.

I don't think people in vehicles were ever invulnerable, unless they were from guns. When you had first added it, I crashed the car and took damage. You also killed me by tossing me around in it.
