You should put a forum for OSINT (Open Source INTelligence) and recon, this is one of the most important steps in hacking a target. This could give valuable information to the sinister.ly community and increase posting in the hacker section.

This would be nice, but I don't think the activity for that topic is quite there yet.

If a lot about a certain topic gets posted, the chance is much higher that @Oni will add a seperate categorie for it.

Or you could just post OSINT related topics in the hacking section and if there are many topics created about it, maybe Oni will create a seperate section for it.

Don't get me wrong I like the Idea (I personally, would have a field day In that section), but I don't believe the number of members knowledgeable In that field would warrant It's Implementation.
