Now you know by now as long as I've been here, my use of English requires that I use certain words at times to intentionally invite further discussion.
As usual, that endeavor was a success.

P.S.-You forgot to Capitalize the "T" in "the" at the beginning of your opening statement and a didn't add the "." at the end of your statement.

P.S.-Perhaps they needed to prepare for the initial preparation of the rehearsed statement before actually deciding the course of action that was to be prepared.
Hence pre-prepared.BiggrinWink

Not sure if anyone else gathered the same theory as I from the Boston Marathon Attack today(Click link to article if you haven't heard), but doesn't it seem ironic that the day of this "Anonymous" attack, North Korea celebrates their founder & former leader Kim Il Sung's birthday.

With Kim Jong Un's, North Korea's new "kid" leader, massive instability, & endless determination to show his loyalty to his country, I firmly believe the attack & celebration are related.

I guess we'll see what intel is released to us!

*The "Nuke" post icon seemed hilariously relevent, lol.*

That had not escaped my own attention truth be told.
You just happen to be the one to voice what others may have thought of before passing it off as a negative.
However coincidental it is, the two matters are not related directly.
Some who already have Intel. on the subject will be verifying that with-in the next week or two.
If anything, North Korea's "standoff" was used as a distraction nationwide to plant the IED's that shrapnel'd a number of individuals.
Don't be surprised if you find North Korea's new leader using that as a ploy to claim as his own actions. Yet the logic behind that leads to that being an act of war, and even Russia & China wouldn't stand in our way were that the case.
Once the Intel. is released publicly, you'll find North Korean involvement to be completely dispelled.
