Just an idea , you should let people buy a group with a certain amount of NSP.

Actually, this Isn't too bad of an Idea.

For the group to be pretty decent, I believe a significant amount of NSP (example 1,000) should be set. This way, the member starting the group will earn  his/her place on the forum with the accumulation of NSP, therefore will also have earned enough time on the forum (with posts and threads) to know better and start a respected group.

I don't know, groups should be hard to get. It's not like you have to pay the 150$ completely on your own. You have that option, yes, but you can also (if you know who is joining) ask for a contribution.

Groups should be rare, so that they stay HQ.
