This is the outcome I expected.
You have the right to use deadly force if you reasonably believe you are in danger of death or great bodily harm. Based on the information I read/heard (which granted wasn't A LOT) the officer could reasonably believe the deceased intended to cause great bodily harm or death. If you are trying to take my firearm from me, I'm going to reasonably assume you intend to use it and defend myself accordingly.

I'm glad you call it rioting and not protesting because the former is more true. People love to use the first amendment as a shield by distorting what it actually says. The first amendment gives the right "peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances" in this case the people assembled (usually not peaceably) for a redress of grievances. In this case that redress was in the form of a grand jury investigation into the shooting of a black adult (no, he wasn't a teen - this word implies youth and though yes -- he is in teens we all know this connotes a much younger person -- he was an adult). The assemblies after the granting of the investigation are therefore nothing more than a disgusting attempt to condemn Darren Wilson through mob tactics as they were no longer assembling for a redress of grievances. Everyone involved in those riots should be ashamed of themselves. To them the officer was guilty until proven innocent -- why? Let's face it, it's because the officer is white.
Darren Wilson was in the right: there is no other way to see it now. If there wasn't even enough evidence to indict Darren Wilson, then there sure as hell was not enough to convict him. There were multiple witness statements, ballistic tests, and autopsies by world-renowned experts -- if there was a crime committed it would have came to light or at least have been questionable enough to warrant further litigation in a criminal court.

I do not really care about stuff like this, but I think there is too much lack of evidence to determine anything.
Please do not hate me. I am an insane sadist, I hate humans by default, but I try to be nice. I am new to computers and programming.
Why do you people hate me when all I do is try to help? Just because you do not understand me does not mean you should hate me.

Why should I care? Everyone is racist, everyone makes mistakes, everyone does bad things, the only thing that makes humans different is the way they think. Most humans do not act on how they truly feel about the world.
