Well didn't sleep at all yesterday and finished up my work i slept at 2 pm and just woke up 20 minutes ago... my sleep schedule is screwed.

Don't pull an all-nighter. Take 10 milligrams of the vitamin supplement melatonin before bed and turn off all electronics and hour before you want to fall asleep.

Stay of electronics before bed if that doesn't work take some sleeping pills to get in a routine.

I'm not a night owl, but I always go to bed very late, and I usually wake up very early too.
