Yeah but what happens if they are a shit poster and get banned, I belong to a private site where if your referral gets banned you get banned as well.
Not to mention that there are many ways to cheat the system on that as well making a bunch of accounts and just making a few posts then sending the NSP to the main account.
It can be hard to get NSP but it is worth it in the long run.

Easy fix.

You get NSP for every referral that upgrades to bronze.

Then you either need to spend time making posts, or spend a lot of money to get NSP from fake referrals.

I was thinking about it and I do think that the more you upgrade the more NSP you can earn and also for the referral idea instead of getting just a lump sum when they upgrade you instead can get 0.1NSP for posts 0.5NSP for your referrals threads if your referral upgrades(Bronze+).

Actually, this Is a very good point.

As It stands, NSP Is equally-earned, Irrespective of member seniority. Even a small Increase of NSP earned per upgraded tier, will serve It's purpose well.

This is a good idea too.
I agree it should not be very much because then upgraded members could just make a few posts a day then get more upgrades and ranks and shit easily.
Maybe it shouldn't be on upgrade rank and rather Years of Service or Join Date

A new NSP game would be the best thing to do in my opinion. Other than just playing RPS with other people.
I know devs who have made loads of personal plugins for NSP and two guys working on an entire game for their forum, so this one mybb community made RPS may be a bit underwhelming for me. Eh maybe just me.
