New Theme: Test Run

@"Jessie" and I have been working on the new theme. I have set it to the default theme now, just so we can get suggestions and criticism. It is currently in the beta phase. The theme should function fine, although there might be a couple bugs. If you have been helping us test the theme, be sure to clear your browser's cache.

The theme just updated for me. it's looking a lot better than it was an hour ago, the User CP and Colour Picker is actually on the screen now. Will you be increasing the avatar size?

Also, if you don't like the new theme and don't want to help test it, you can change back to the old one via the User CP.

I don't have any qualms against the current one, but in case it becomes official, will we have the option to return it to the old theme?
