So I'm currently learning SML for school and it's.... bizarre. I can honestly say that I've never coded with something like SML in my life. It seems kind of similar to Python.
Have any of you guys coded with SML before? What is it even used for in today's age??

I never even heard of it until now. I looked at some example code, and I gave up, lol.

Never heard of it, either. Obscure for a reason?

Very interesting. On some points it seems very simple and on others I'd rather learn x86 asm. Very interesting language. I feel like I've heard of it once or twice but never looked into it.
Have fun lmao

Yeah I'm pretty much with all of you, it's seems to obscure that it almost seems impractical.
