Need help accessing router. #1
Hi i am new to the whole hacking thing.
I got my gf to setup an open network for me to try to gain access to. i connected fine but i cannot access 192.168.0.1. When i type that in i get brought to an avg search page. I have run cmd and used the ip in there as well.
my question is how do i gain access to the router? Keep in mind this is a hacking senerio so i cannot connect to the router via cables its all gotta be over wifi. I have access to windows 7 and backtrack 5.

I have done that. I've tried all of them in ipconfig none work. i thought it might be because Im not connected via cables Im connected wirelessly.
